Fibromyalgia Impact Tool

The following questions can help you assess your fibromyalgia symptoms. Take the results to your healthcare provider and talk about your answers.

If you have fibromyalgia, you may feel chronic, widespread pain and tenderness. This could be fibromyalgia. Fibromyalgia is characterized by chronic widespread pain and tenderness. Cymbalta (sim-BALL-tah) is a prescription medicine approved for the management of fibromyalgia. One capsule a day can help relieve pain.

Remember, only your doctor or other healthcare provider can determine if you have fibromyalgia.

There are 2 ways to use the Fibromyalgia Impact Tool. Either:
